Description
This Beech Potpourri Bowl with Hummingbird Lid is turned from seasoned Beech. This potpourri bowl is fitted with a hummingbird pewter lid. The Beech Potpourri bowl is turned and sealed with sanding sealer and then sanded down from 240 grit, through the grades to 1000 grit. Two coats of EEE paste wax is then applied, buffing between each coat. A further two coats of shellac friction polish is then applied buffing between the coats. This gives a hard wearing durable finish while still retaining the natural feel of the wood.
Wood is a natural material and the colour and grain of the wood will differ. This is what makes each potpourri bowl unique!
