Description
Sign carving on various hardwoods. House names, house numbers can be carved on any hardwood. The most suitable wood to use for outdoors are Iroko/Mahogany, Ash or Cedar. The signs when carved, can be painted for the lettering or numbers to stand out. The wood is then treated with a couple of coats of either Danish oil or boiled linseed oil.
