Description
This Walnut Pedestal Clock is turned from lovely figured European Walnut timber. The clock stands at 280mm tall and 150mm at the widest point. The gold clock insert is a push fit which can be pulled out from the front to change the battery (battery size ). The time can be adjusted from the rear. The base is finished with a velvet material at the bottom. The Walnut when turned is sanded down through the grits to 1000 grit, sealed with shellac sanding sealer. The Walnut is then finished with numerous coats of EEE paste wax, buffing between coats to give a hard durable finish while maintaining the natural feel of the wood.
