Description
Croagh Patrick wall clock made in Elm. The clock face and Croagh Patrick image are laser engraved onto the wood. The Croagh Patrick image is processed from a photo that I took of the holy mountain here in Mayo, many years ago. The clock measures 195mm in diameter and 45mm in depth. The wood as usual is turned and sanded down through the grits to 1000. Shellac sanding sealer is applied followed by 3 coats of Hampshire Sheen, buffing between coats. A further 2 coats of Chestnut friction polish is then applied, again buffing between coats. The clock is fitted with a Quartz clock mechanism as standard and takes a single AA battery.
