Description
This Oak coin dish is turned from some nicely figured seasoned Oak. The dish is 85mm wide and 20mm deep. The Oak when turned is sanded down through the grits to 1000 grit. This is then finished with shellac sanding sealer, de-nibbed and given 2 coats of EEE paste wax. There are 2 more coats of Shellac friction polish applied, buffing between coats, to give a hard durable finish while maintaining the natural feel of the wood.
